I planed to study in Canada or USA so how much cost I want to spend for that (US$) and first what do I do.?Can I get the permanent Residence ship when I study and what are jobs available for University Students

If I haven't enough money to spend first then ,Can I earn money by doing a job in these countries .

How can I find a Sponsor.?

Annual tuition at US universities can greatly vary, from a few thousand dollars per year to $30,000+. You'll have to check with the universities you're thinking about attending, because there's no easy answer!

Well, if you plan to study in the U.S., you need to have financial backing in order to get your visa. Employment opportunities are essentially limited to work-study on campus.

This is from the State Department:

Working on F-1 Student Visa:

    * Students may work on campus as long as they are enrolled in school.

    * Students may apply for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) to gain work experience in their field of study while being a full time student.

    * Students may take advantage of Optional Practical Training (OPT) once the degree is completed as a full time employee.

    * Many students obtaining a bachelor or master degree in the United States go on to be sponsored by their employer for an H-1B Work Visa.

You will not be allowed to get a permanent residence here ... just a student visa.

As for finding a sponsor, why don't you find a job and earn some of the money first? That would show a potential sponsor that you are serious about your education and don't think everything should be free.
