Study in california?

Question

my 12th non medical (with computer science) board exams are over. I study in Yadavindra Public School Patiala Punjab. Though I am good in studies, I expect 50-60 percentage because I had problem with Physics and chemistry.Now I don't want to continue with engineering stream but commerce,either in India or in California(somewhere near Manteca,sacramento).I want to settle in california as my sister is also there.

so kindly suggest me the courses and colleges in california.

I'm doing a course PA, its a two year program in university. their requirement is college associate degree in science it takes about two to three year, and another requirement is at least one year work experience in medical field. come to Sacramento, and get a admission at any college like Sacramento city college, American river college. there's so many international student in my college Sacramento city college. go to this page of sac city  http://www.scc.losrios.edu/x1181.xml
