  1. That will depend of what subjects do you want to study in the US, for how long, what is your budget, etc.

    In any case, I will recommend you several options:

    1.- Go to the closest US consulate in your country and ask them for the necessary paperwork to process a student visa or call them and make an appointment or even consult their webpage over the internet.

    2.- If you want to study English in the US look for schools in the internet that offer programs and ask them for the required paperwork to get a US visa.

    3.-Visit Rotary clubs or any other type of fylantropic club in your country offering scholarships and/or international student exchange programs.
