Study medicine in Russia or Study medicine in Belarus??? Which is better??? What do u suggest???

Plz, don't say both are useless. Don't say go and Study in the USA or the UK. Or don't prefer any other country. I Just wanna know from these 2 only.

[One of my friend planning to Study medicine in Russia but his elder brother prefers to study in Belarus. He's confused. He's from Maldives and in his country Russian and Belarusian both medical degrees are well recognized. In both countries English Medium available for foreign students. Therfore, his medical subjects will be in English medium but he've to study Russian language for first 2 years with the medical subjects. He thinks he can manage it. His only problem is choosing the country. Plz, help him out]
