Studying Abroad Info & Cost?

Question

I would like to do a post grad year abroad, prefferably through Roatary or AFS. (NOT a year abroad in college!)

1) Where could I sign up to recieve an formation packet? (Link Please?!) I can't find it online.

2) For post-grad year programs, what is the average cost (probably going to Europe)? Is most/any of this cost covered by Rotary/AFS? Is there fundrasing available?

You are talking about a thirteenth year?  You contact the programs, either online (just plug the names into the search window), or your counselor's office, or you can contact your local Rotary Club for that one.  AFS surely has their own website.

If they don't give you the answers you want, try just searching Study Abroad Programs.  You will get tons of information that way, and you should be able to find a program that fits your needs.

Rotary subsidises the trip.  AFS, I'm pretty sure, is not cheap.  Nor are most of the programs.

Try Belarus this is the web site of the Belorussian governmental university (its just gr8) www.bsu.by start the English version and read about it you need around 10000 usd a year there (everything is covered)
