  1. Libarary, internet, magazine racks.

I used to buy Sky and Telescope since I was 12 and they published me when I was 16.

Independent studies means you find sources independently!

You better learn how to do that, for college DEMANDS IT!

There's a place called the Library, also any STATE college or UNIVERSITIES have libraries ANYONE can enter and read materials in.

  2. You are going to school and wanting to do all this stuff on the side?

Best bet: talk to your school guidance counsellor. Your full school schedule, number of hours required for you to just do well in the courses you are taking at school plus any activities you are doing need to be factored in. Once you've got a schedule for that all worked out, then you can look at adding in a subject on the side. Or finish out the year and then do your own sort of summer school with the subjects you want to learn.

If you need help in keeping concentration for those subjects, it doesn't sound like you're too motivated. Focus instead on your school work.

  3. Yea best bet is to go wit the above!
