I have a year left at university currently studying Psychology as a bachelor of science. I was looking into studying a postgraduate in Forensic or Clinical Psychology in America but i have found it really expensive unless lucky enough to get a scholarship. Canada is an option as it is cheaper and close to America. Im presently living in the UK. Any suggestions?

  1. canada...we have 3 ivy league schools here (queens, university of toronto, and ubc)...i know that during the second year at queens, there are areas in the curriculum that isnt even on par in princeton until the fourth year there....

youll just like it much better in canada..trust me..

  2. What kind of postgraduate degree are you looking for? I don't know much about clinical psychology, but I know in other areas that most students admitted to phd programs (at good universities) get full support.

A friend of a friend recently applied to clinical psychology programs in Ontario (Canada's most populous province). If I recall correctly, Waterloo, McMaster (?), Western, and Toronto have good programs. But admission is very competitive.

  3. You could be eligible for Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship, it pays US$ 26,000.
