Studying abroad? How did it change you??

I studied in Spain for a semester and it was the best experience of  my college career.  I lived with a Spanish family who spoke no English (I was a Spanish major) went to a Spanish university, met Spanish friends, had a Spanish boyfriend...I totally immersed myself in the culture and it was wonderful.  I learned new customs, new traditions.  It absolutely made me a more well rounded person and I met people from all over the world.  I've been back five times and I'll never get tired of it.
