Studying in Canada?

im 15 and i wanna go to canada to study, but i don't want to be a exchange student. how can i do this and then become permanent resident? and how much does it cost also?

what is the process i have to go though and how long will it take?

I think that you are out of luck, unfortunately, because you have to be at least 18, perhaps 19, in order to to legally make the decision to integrate Canada.
