Check the Chiniese Embasy , they will assist you , some of these embasy off exchange student programs .

d fish is actually right, you should be able to get information from the embassies, and they may even offer classes to those interested.

"studying in chinese" what wrong with studying in english. You know how hard it is to find a Oxford dictionary in cantonsese.or mandarin far less other text books.
