Studying in france?

i wish to pursue post secondary education in france but i speak no french at all.good news is that they have a bunch of courses taught in english. i found one called "bachelor in general science"maybe i will apply there.i live in bangladesh.how is it like studying in france,how are the people there?is it possible to learn some french and do some part time job there.need some help...
