do you need to be a citizen of a certain country that you wouldlike to study at for a 4 year college/ university?

what else is required inoreder to be able to study at an international colege/university?

  1. no u dont need to be the citizen of that country

    in order to study in foreign country u need to SAT/ACT/TOEFL exams

  3. the best way to do it is to join a university that offers studying abroad,they will have contact with other universities around the world. you dont have to be a citizen, but if you get involved with the abroad programs in schools, they will help sort out all of the prerequisites and everything! its the best way to do it
