Studying out of the country?

I have a huuuuge question. I want to study out of The United States, and I was wondering if I needed to take the TOEFL test to be accepted into a uni out of the U.S. I was born in Mexico but have been living here since I was five. So my english is perfect. :) Do I still need to take it?

Are you going back to Mexico to study?

I'm fairly certain that the TOEFL is only for English speaking university programs.

Edit:

I just remembered.  If you have a degree from an English speaking secondary school/high school or a degree from an English speaking 4-year college, the requirement for TOEFL will be waived.
