Studying psychology abroad for a year. ?

I'm in the UK and would like to go to university to study psychology but also would love to take a year to study abroad, mainly in Canada or possibly Australia/NZ. Can anyone give advice as to which universities will allow you to study abroad? I have tried but with no success!

Go to "Study Canada-Canadian Schools". According to the site, "Canada offers the lowest tuition rates for students compared to UK, Australia and New Zealand". In addition, "the US rates at US public universities are almost 1/3 higher than fees for Bachelor's degrees in Canada."
