  1. I have not done it but I know people who have and you need to stuff a ton of the envelopes before you ever see any kind of "real" money.  But, if you can really get it going I guess you could make a profit.

  2. It's a scam. An ancient scam. I ordered a stuffing envelopes kit before the Internet became the big deal that it is today.

And while I don't remember exactly what it said, I do remember that it was c**p. Today's companies don't hire people to stuff envelopes at home. There are machines that stuff a thousand envelopes a minute. There are companies that handle incoming orders. There's absolutely, positively no reason for companies to hire envelope stuffers. Period.

There are real work-at-home opportunities, but stuffing envelopes ain't one them. So unless you feel like just flushing a few dollars down the toilet, don't go for it.

  3. i have never did it , me not what it is is what i know

  4. Don't do it.  It's the lamest thing every.  You won't make a lot of money at it either.  Get a stop watch out, flat sheet's of paper, stamps and an evelope. Set the stop watch for one hour.  start the stop watch, fold three peices of paper (as in a business letter folded up twice), put it in the evelope, seel it, and put a stamp on it (usually a addressed stamp so put a fake one on) When your stop watch stops, count how many envelopes you stuffed and mulitply it by 1 cent to 3 cents.  That is how much you will be paid.  They claim you can make up to $12.00 an hour, provided that your able to stuff the amount they require you to stuff in that time frame, which doesn't happen.

Then you send them in, and majority of the time, they say you folded it wrong.  How can you fold a business letter wrong?  How do they even know that unless they "opened" the envelope up-now the envelope is damaged, so they don't pay you for that batch.

Sorry to say a waste of time, you could do something way more productive than that!
