Stung by wasp and it hurts. What to do to relieve pain?

Last night I was stung by a wasp and it really hurts. Any advice or suggestions for treating the pain? Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.

  1. DO NOT listen to gunther: Never pull a stinger out. If, in fact, the stinger is still in you, use a credit card and carefully scrape it against your skin toward the stinger.

    As for the pain, make a thick paste with baking soda and water.   Place this on the sting site. This is a very old home-remedy that works great! You could also buy an itch/bite stick from any drug store.


  2. get a warm rag and soak the wound till you can remove the stinger. once the stinger is out you should be o.k. good luck and i hope you feel better. =)
