Stupid black dots under my underarms and legs, plz help ?

i often have to shave my legs because they grow pretty fast but if there's somthing on my body that grows fast, its my underarm hair. witch really bothers me. i hate to wear tops that show my underarm if i lift my arm. i get scared if peple see my arms. BECAUSE, when i shave, you really can see the black dots still and the hair is still there, like i can still see it but their too small to get, it looks super gross and it's summer, I NEEED HELP PLEASE, what do i do? is there somthing i can us?

i reaaly HATE waxing and remove cream gets me all red. .

you should try sugaring. its not hot when u put it on so it doesn't burn your skin and its all natural made from sugars and honey and if u do some and it hurts it dissolves in water. defiantly give it a try it stay away for like 3-5 weeks
