Stupid cruise decorating question...?

i'm going on a cruise on the norwegian spirit at the end of august and i wanted to put something up on my cabin door on the optside so people can like see if from the hallway.

i want to put something funny or cute on a piece of paper or something and then maybe put like words or a picture or something on it but i dont know what to put. i want to have something about either my previous cruises or the current one. im not really creative at all so i was wondering if anyone had any ideas at all. im also a member of cruise critic so maybe i could something about that on it too. thanks for everyone help!

I have seen cruise critic signs on doors as well as a small decoration like a flower wreath or a cute sign. During the holidays, the creative people really come out. I am going to Hawaii this fall and was thinking of putting a plastic lei with a beach sign behind it. Contrary to one of your other answers, I like the idea and like I have said, have seen it done many times. It also makes it easier to find your cabin too.

Well you could just buy a decorations package from the cruise line.  Here's what they have:

I am ordering a birthday one for my wife's birthday on our next cruise.  I have seen people put balloons and other decor on the outside of their door.  Take a roll of tape with you to move some of the decorations from inside to outside if you want.  But when you order decorations they typically put a sign and balloons on the outside of the door.

No one on cruises does this. It will more then likely be removed or attract weirdos.
