Stupid question...Do fish get thirsty?

No. There breathing water through there gills. They can't really get thirsty. I don't think it is a stupid question at all.

No because they are always breathing water and it is all around them and in their mouthes.

Umm... no.  Unless you put a freshwater fish into salt water I guess.  Don't try it dude.

Yes fish definitely drink water...the same water they go to the bathroom in.  Salt water fish CONSTANTLY drink water, which makes them easier to medicate for illnesses than freshwater.
