I was wondering if anyone could give me any outfit options or good places to shop to get Cassie's look from Skins?

Cassie style is very eclectic. She mixes vintage with high street which gives a very unique look.

She layers socks, stockings and tights, try Topshop, they have a great hoisery department.

Try some cute t-bar shoes and maybe some heart shaped sunglasses.

Check out your local charity shops for some vintage dresses and skirts and mix with a cool 80's patterned jumper (i saw some in H&M)
