I'm 17 years old. 5"10 145ish pounds. i run a 12.00s 100m. (and that is NOT plain natural without training... a year and a half ago ago at5"9 120pounds i could only run a 13.2)

I'm caucasian.

With HARD work and dedication would it genetically be possible to run a 10.99s 100meter dash. (I already have trained teqnuique alot... so thats not going to take much more off my time)

  1. Run distance.

  2. of course its possible im a white 10th grader and i ran a 10.9 100 meter dash at a track meet not long ago.

look at jeremy wariner he runs his 200 in a high 19 second.

and he is on the verge of the 400 world record with a time of 43 seconds. so yes it is possible lol race has nothing to do with speed, its all in the training. you just have to know what type of training to do and at what point in the season to do it.
