Sub folders in custom content for The Sims 2?

I know you can actually create sub folders, but if my sub folders have names that are dates of downloading instead of organizing like Hair, Clothes, etc, will the names of the sub folders being dates confuse the game? Thank you :)

(If my explanation sucks, I mean like calling the folders '22nd Aug 08' '23rd Aug 08' instead of 'Female Hair', 'Male Hair'.)

No, it doesn't make a difference what you name the sub folders.
