Sub spooler stopped working

when my pc start it says sub spooler has stopped working. cant get rid of this dam message every time i turn it on any ideas?

Have you changed/added/removed any printers lately?

I would try going to the website of your printer manufacture and downloading the latest drivers and install that for your printer.  If that doesnt work, I would remove all printers from your PC, uninstall any software for the printers that is installed, and then physically disconnect the printer, reboot and see if you get the error.  if not, then install the printer again, using the latest drivers and that should get you going.
