Question:

Sub zero refrigerator freezes food

Help...please.The Refrigerator portion of my Sub Zero feezes my food and the Freezer portion of the unit does not get cold enough??

I've tried everything...I've replaced the gasket, moved food around so air flow is adequate between shelves....unfortunately its ruining all my fresh food.

Any ideas on how to diagnose and repair this?
