Subaru Legacy GT Spec b. Good deal?

Hey there, i came across a 2006 subaru legacy 2.5 gt spec b, the owner is asking $16,500 for it, the car has 61,000 miles, i checked the car out today and it is in very good condition, the car is stock except for the wheels and clutch (owner planed to upgrade turbo) .. i noticed his price seemed low? am i right? do you guys think this is a good deal? thanks for your help

It seems a little low but I don't really know what they are going for.  I do know I personally would want an 07 to have the 6 speed but for that price I would settle for an 06.  Maybe with more 07 being sold, the 06 prices are down.  I do love the dark red interior of the 06 and they only made a limited amount of them so you won't see too many around.  If the vehicle history checks out and they have proof of maintenance, the mileage is nothing.  These cars last for ever so you will have many years left in it.
