Many German universities have courses in English.

However, being European, these universities will have academic standards that are higher than in, say, North America, this includes the English being used.

Looking at your question - poor capitalisation, "tought" instead of "taught" and not using the easy form of 'German universities' (without the 'the')  suggests to me that you may need to work on your English a little before trying to study in Germany.

Not trying to be overly critical, just trying to ensure that you don't become very frustrated or waste a lot of money...
