Subjects required to become a game`s designer.

Question

So guyz which subjects are required to go in this field.I mean to be a video game designer?

A lot of computer science and physics to prepare you for the hard courses you will take in the colleges that offer this as a field of study like Digipen http://digipen.edu/

Also if you pay attention and learn a lot in English and History you will be able to create cool story arcs by learning how literary geniuses tell stories and about the human condition in literature and history. I would take psychology and sociology also if your school offers it.

I don't think anything is required besides comprehension of computer languages (C++, Basic, etc.) and being able to create graphics.
