Submit address from your Homepage?

How can I change the email address that is used when someone want´s to submit his regards through my own geocities web sites? I would like this email address to be this yahoo.com- one! I tmade a text boxes & submit button but regards go to this wrong email address,,,not yahoo.com (primary address)

Following is the HTML code. It uses the MAILTO command which calls the default email program. I believe that to use Yahoo Web Site as the primary email you need the Yahoo Toolbar or Messenger.
