I submitted an online Application to Best Buy .com on the 25th, then went and had a short word with the manager ob the 26th that i want a job their, she told me she would put my name to the Application Adviser.

I am not at a wall, what should i do? Wait and see if i get a response or do another followup, this time on phone to the Application Adviser? Would it show i have an urge to work their, or just ANNOY the heck out of him/her?

I really want to work at Best Buy!!!!

  1. Send a letter today to the manager thanking her for the interview and confirming your desire to work there.  Also send a letter to the Application Advisor stating your qualifications and mention what you heard in your interview with the manager that increased your interest.

Since few job candidates will probably bother to write letters, that will make you stand out.  Be sure your letters are error-free and written in a professional business style.  If you don't hear from them within a week, you can call the Application Advisor to "check on the progress of the application".

    Good luck!
