  1. Probably on the Spike TV or UFC website I imagine.

  2. The UFC is top notch, and is not for people who have been undefeated at some hole in the wall organization.

    It isn't a toughman contest.

If you guys want to be apart of UFC, show that you have won tournaments in Abu Dhaibi(sp), some Martial Arts championships or won some matches of lesser known matches, like EliteXC, Strike Force, K-1 etc.

Thinking you can jump into the UFC from some local organization is a predicted failure.

But then again, the new The Ultimate Fighter show had guys fighting to get on the show, so maybe that would be a way to jump on board.

Just be warned, Dana doesn't take it easy on you.  You could be 1-0 and Dana could put you against Matt Hughes or Chuck Liddell.

  3. well TUF 7 won't air until mid September as anounced by the UFC...I'm assuming they will by taping for most of August.  The finals will probably take place sometime in December so you can expect for them to start taking applications as early as Janurary 2009...keep in mind they only accept applications for a certain weight class or maybe even 2 weight classes such as TUF 7 (which will have lightweight and lightheavyweight) so they may not be taking your particular weight class at that time (expect it to be either welterweights or heavyweights because they're currectly on middleweights and the next season will be both lightweight and lighheavy...i'm expecting welterweights only because of the fact that quality heavies are hard to find and the welterweight division is one of the most competitive)  let me also suggest you fly out to the actual tryouts instead of just mailing off an application...you have more of an opportunity to make your presence known...just think of how many tapes are submitted by mail...i'm pretty sure the guys that review them fast forward through a lot of stuff the moment they see anything amateurish...that's really something for you to consider...best of luck, man!
