The IP add for Router 1 is 192.167.32.1 and Router 2 = 192.167.32.2 subnet for both routers is 255.255.0.0 I need find out the ip add for switch 1,2,3 on router 1 and switch 1,2,3 on router 2...and the range of IP addresses i can use for the work station.

  1. A 255.255.0.0 subnet mask means any address between 192.167.1.0 and 192.167.255.255 are in the same subnet. That's a huge subnet.

It's unclear to me if you're asking how to find the IP address of the switches or if your asking what IP to assign to the switches. The switches need to have an IP in the same subnet as the workstations and the routers.

The workstations themselves could have any IP address in the range given above (but every workstation/switch/router has to have a unique IP).

It would be helpful to know how you are trying to setup. Are all those routers and switches suppose to be in the same subnet?
