The Borussia Dortmund defender is disappointed after his side dropped points against FC Nuremberg in the latest Bundesliga fixture.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are now sixth on the league table with a win and a draw in the two games played thus far. They will be up against Bayer Leverkusen at home in their next encounter.
Central defender http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Neven-Subotic-c27632 admitted that the home side made things difficult for his side. He insisted that the hosts defended very well throughout the course of the 90 minutes and denied Dortmund any chances.
The player stressed that his team worked very hard but it was the home side’s physical game that won the battle. He has called for improvement in the next game at home and wants a better performance in the next encounter.
“They were running tirelessly and made life difficult for us. Nuremberg used man-to-man marking almost all over the pitch, which, of course, makes it very hard getting the ball forward. We just couldn’t find the key to create some
danger,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.

“We wanted to win of course, and that’s why we are not really happy with the result. We will need to play smarter against such defensive-minded teams in the future, need to spread the play wider and be more patient,” he concluded.
Bayern Munich are sitting at the top of the table after Dortmund’s draw against Nuremberg. The team faces a tough test next week against Leverkusen and getting a good result would be very difficult.
