Subramaniam Badrinath, who has been brought in to the Indian squad as http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Chinnadupargea-Sachin-c50607 Tendulkar's replacement for the ongoing One Day International Series, has termed it an honor.
The 31-year-old http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Tamil-Nadu-c853 batsman used a micro-blogging website to express his feelings.
"Second time ....been called up to replace the greatest batsman in the world....it's such a honour...!!!!", Badrinath wrote on Monday after he was named as the replacement for the Little Master.
The Master Blaster did not participate even in the rain ruined first One Day International of the series played at Chester-le-Street after aggravating an old toe injury. The recurring injury later forced him out of the remainder of the series as he has been
advised a four-week rest.
