Subsidy lock on moto rokr e8

Question

I purchased an unlocked phone on ebay and the unlock code was wrong. Now the phone says to contact provider and can only be used for emergency's. I left the phone on for over 30 minutes and it still says the same thing. Can someone help to get back to the screen where I enter the code in?Thanks...Victoria
