im 16 5ft8 and weigh 108 poundsi want to lose some weight so for breakfast i eat a bowl of porridge at 100calslunch is bowl of porridge at 100calsand then in the evening eat a healthy meal around 500 calsand then some natural yoghurt and fruit at about 200 calsyou reckon id lose a few pounds?
