Substantial enough for weight lose?

im 16 5ft8 and weigh 108 pounds

i want to lose some weight so for breakfast i eat a bowl of porridge at 100cals

lunch is bowl of porridge at 100cals

and then in the evening eat a healthy meal around 500 cals

and then some natural yoghurt and fruit at about 200 cals

you reckon id lose a few pounds?

  1. If you are looking for compliments on how thin you are, then sorry to disappoint you. A daily intake of 900 kcal compared to the recommended 2,000 for an average woman, when you are already tall and a very thin 108 lbs, you have an eating disorder.

    Go for medical help
