Substitute for Paypal and/or Western Union payments...?

Has anyone ever used or heard of Escrow Axspace Ltd? Apparently they are a 3rd party company that holds payments until a buyer receives an item, and then they release funds to the seller.

Funny, the only thing I find about them on line is where their name appears in a few lists of fraudulent sites.

No legitimate buyer or seller should need to use a service like this.

It's good to be skeptical.  When I did a search on this site my computer was attacked.  Fortunately, I have a decent security program.  Axspace.com is a host for a variety of sites so this escrow service is very suspicious.  

Don't do anything with this party unless he agrees to use the PayPal escrow service.  Of course, don't accept any moneygrams or checks for more than the transaction amount.   If I were you, I'd just forget the whole deal.  If you're selling something, tell the buyer to pay in by PayPal or other secure method or no deal.  And check with PayPal before shipping.  Give PayPal a while to confirm the payment is good.  Somebody else just got stung that way.  The payment was bad and PayPay withdrew the money from the sellers account.
