Substitute for white eyeliner?

Today I have picture day. I already asked a question about what to do with my eyes any everyone said white eyeliner. My eyes are dark and I want to brighten them up but I don't have white eyeliner. Only black and brown. What can i use to subsitute? Eyeshadow? IF that's it i only have white shimmer eye shadow.

if you have any idea, how do i put it on and where??@??!?

Navy eyeliner whitens and opens the eyes also. Or use the brown liner with a white shimmer in the inner corners to brighten.

dot the white shimmer in the corner of your eye and under your brows.

i usually just do this with my finger, haha.
