so i'm reading about the south beach supercharged diet, and i'm trying to follow these menus I got, but on day one for a snack they say to blend avacado with spices and serve with veggies. I'm wicked allergic to avacado, so is there anthing else I can substitute it with that will be almost equal in healthy fats and other stuff...thanks!
