Substitution I-140 I-485 question????

Question

I originally apply for substitution I-140 I-485 throught a company and my I-40 is all ready approved and now i am waiting I-485 to be approve. I was married to US citezen a month ago after I all ready did my documatation throught a company.(means my hudsband info is not in the files)

Do I have to update now or update later. because my husband is US citezen and I am not applying my visa throught him. I applying throught with my company.
