I want to be buff. I don't eat meat so I don't get protein.

I'm allergic to soy and soy products and I don't have the allowance money to buy protein powder. What can I eat or do to increase the amount of protein I take in? I want to eat protein in every d**n meal until I am as buff as the governator!
