  1. Treadmill

  2. I know an exercise that's great to build up leg strength and endurance. Sit against the wall with your legs bent at a 90 degree angle. Act like your sitting on an invisible chair. Hope this helps!

  3. If you can do a half hour full of jumping jacks, then go for it. It will get your heart rate up and yes, it will be of great benefit to you.  However, 30 minutes of jumping jacks is a LOT to ask of your body, you will see.

There are a number of good video exercise workouts, if I were you, I'd find a good one and use that to stay fit, or alternate that with the jumping jack routine.

  4. Take some time out to go swimming twice a week. This is a full body work out and it is relaxing on your nerves. If you don't take time to work your body, then your body will deteriorate.

  5. It's been proven that other exercises can build strength, endurance, and lung capacity, but any other exercise does not translate to better training for running.

All cardio takes TIME.  So, if you can't dedicate time to running, you won't be able to spend the necessary time on other sports to improve yourself.

  6. Jumping rope for five to ten minutes a day is equivilant to the high and exercise you get from running for thirty minutes. It has great cardio and boosts your energy :).

  7. No, have to be biking or swimming
