Subtitles files!!!!!!!!!!

Question

i have downloaded i am legend from utorrent and i want to get a subtitles file for it.

on mininova there are subtitles for the film but they contain txt files. are the txt files the subtitles?

where can i it it from?

and what type of files is it? i already know they can be called .sub but what else can they be called.

The subtitles files can also be called .srt and you can subtitles from the following sites:

http://www.divxsubtitles.net/

http://www.mysubtitles.com/

http://www.subscene.com

Place the subtitles file in the same folder in which the movie is in and then open that folder in VLC or Media Player Classic (with K-Lite codec pack)

Get the full title of the file you have download and search it at http://subscene.com/

This is where I get all the subtitles I have downloaded.

The file could be .sub or .srt
