Subtitles on blu ray disk movies...?

is it true that movies on blu ray have subtitles in a lot of languages like spanish, italian, french, japanese, swedish....etc??

They CAN have subtitles in multiple languages, but most do not have more than about 3 (English, French and Spanish are common on NA versions). I have seen as many as 5 -- but this is more common on films originally filmed in languages other than English.

The link is to a review site for Blu-ray movies. Each review has a list of the subtitle languages in the information box at the left side.
