Subtitles problem !!?

subtitles arent at the same time of the video , i think it is slower, so plz anybody tell me how to fix it and save it

1. download pure codecs

2.install it and open the video.

3. right click on the screen and click on SUBTITLE MANAGER.from there u can change the timing of subtitles.

4. if u have two cd's subtitles, copy all the text from 2nd cd to first cd after the text.

5. name ur first cd subtitle file with the same name as ur movie, like movie.avi and movie.srt

6. dont forget to synchronize ur subtitles with the movie through subtitle manager.
