  1. 2 best suburbs if you dont want to completely overblow your budget would be hillarys and sorrento. thats north of the river anyways. as you get closer to the city theres north beach and trigg and scarborough but theyre wayyyyyyyyyyyy to expensive

this also applies for nightlife as well, hillarys marina and bars and nightclubs are safe and grerat fun. whitford city shopping centre is huge and 5 mins away

    NOTE: stirling is a slum

  2. http://www.aussiemove.com/city/city.asp?...

  3. Close to STIRLING, there is Innaloo megaplex movie cinemas, also a large shopping centre near by..

Stirling has its own train station which will take you north to Joondalup or south to the city of Perth....

The beach to the west wether it be Scarborough or Trigg are also very picture perfert.. It all depends what you want to do.

Stirling the suburb is just your normal everyday suburb..

  4. It really depends what you mean by hotspot. If you mean profit wise you missed the housing price boom by 2 years and everything is slowly going down. You could look at the new coogee beach marina which in 2 years will be better than Hilarys boat harbour. Its also close to Fremantle. Sorrento is nice, Scarborough is beautiful. If you want a beach town with cheapish nice houses look into Secret Harbour, Singleton and Mandurah. Go to www.realestate.com.au to check out prices and areas.
