Subway Food??? McDonalds???

Question

What do you normally order when you go to subway? If you don't go to subway then what do you order at McDonalds?

I get the Italian BMT yummy :)

I had it for lunch, it was delicious!

6 inch ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato, oil/vinegar (extra extra vinegar) and LOTS of pickles on italian bread, NOT toasted.

just had it for lunch!

if only Jared were there.....  <<sigh>>

I always get the 6" ham on Italian or Honey Oat bread (no more wheat for me since I heard it has some ingredient in it that's used in fertilizer... plus, the Honey Oat has lots of fiber, which is good), with lettuce, tomato, green pepper, cucumbers, and mustard.  Or I'll get it all put in a salad instead of a sandwich.

If I ever go to McDonalds, I'll get the Apple Dippers or the Fruit & Yogurt Parfait (which is quite yummy).

I get a 6 in. sub on wheat with turkey, no cheese, and all the vegatables except for jalapenoes, onions, and olives. Then, I'll get a diet soda and a bag of baked chips.

Also, under no circumstances, do I go to mcdonalds.

Subway I would usually order: French bread with meat,cheese,and ongins. If they were closed or something, I wouldnt even go to mcdonalds. They have fat food.

The Italian BMT on Jalapeno Cheese Bread toasted with extra white American Cheese and try adding cucumbers on your sandwich with your normal veggies.UMMMMMM YUMMY!

i like the spicy Italian, but I'd never get their salad ever again! it was eight bucks and they only gave me 4 cucumbers!

chicken bacon ranch on italain bread with lettuce american cheese and mayo. it is delicious! Enjoy!
