Subway directions from penn station to 14th st?

what subway train - line do i need to get on in penn station in new york to go to 14th St. every morning for the next two months?

14th & where?  14th St goes across the whole of Manhattan Island

14th St & 7th Avenue - take the #2 or 3 train (or the #1 local if there is a problem with the #2, 3 trains)

14th St & 8th Avenue - Take the A train (or the C, E local if there is a problem with the A train)

14th St & Broadway (Union Square)  Walk one block to 6th Av/Broadway - Take a N, R, Q or W train.

14th St & 6th Av - Walk one block to 6th Av/Broadway - Take the F or V train  (or use the #2 or 3 at 7th Av and walk over to 6th Av either at street level or the passageway to the L train).

14th St and 1st, 2nd or 3rd Av - you can walk it from Union Square (N,Q, R, or W trains) or if the weather is lousy take any of the above  to 14th St and take the L train which has stops at 6th Av, Union Square, 3rd Av and 1st Av.
