Subway or Quizno's Subs??

which one is better?

Why, is it healthier than the other??

Subway is good but Quiznos has better salads and soups so I guess I like Quiznos oo that is 100% for sure

Neither. Jimmy John's kicks the most butt!

But, Subway. Quizno's is so expensive and you don't get as much as Subway gives you I think.

Quiznos is better if you like sandwiches with more meat

Subway has more choices for bread and veggies.

I prefer Subway because they have the meat I like and I like to load up on veggies on my sandwich as well.

subway is better!! quiznos is overpriced not good quality you dont get that much choices for your sandwich. When you go into subway you have a choice in everything you do and it smells so good in there

Neither is inherently healthier than the other, because it varies so much depending on the specific sandwich.

I usually go for the large turkey.

I prefer Subway.  Quiznos tastes like left overs to me.

I can tell Subway is fresher

My favorite is the BMT which I'll have with provalone, bell peppers, pickles tomatoes and olives

Right now I'm with Quizno's and I eat the Turkey Avocado Bacon minus the Bacon.

I like Subway better. I probably like it better because it is more convenient to go there in the sense that there are subways everywhere where I live, and Quizno's are much rarer. My favorite sub is the Hot Pastrami sub at Subway, it is AMAZING! Good luck w/ your project.

I prefer Subway. Somehow, I could never get over the original Quizno's commercial with the little rats or whatever they were. UGH
