Quiznos.

They toast their sandwiches much better. Subway sandwiches always look flat and unappetizing, nothing like what they show in their commercials.  They throw their sandwiches in some fake toaster that looks like a microwave.  Quizno's sandwiches always look and taste awesome, and they actually toast them!

They're equally good.. so to speak, but you get more for the buck at Subway. And of course, you have different choices at Quiznos... but overall, they're just the same. My humble opinion..

I can't eat Quiznos. I'm a vegetarian. Unlike Quiznos Subway has a veggie sub so I can eat that. So, Subway.

Quiznos are better, but also more expensive.  And their service is noticeably worse.

Oh yes, I agree. Quizzno's has better bread, better meat, very nice portions (big), and lots of variety in their menu. I don't think any of Subway's hot subs are better than Quizzno's.
