Subwoofer and amp help?

can i use just 1 amp to power 4 subs...or do i need at least 2 amps for the 4 subs.....what kind of amp or amps can i use...i want to get subs (12s or 15s) that are from 300rms to 1000rms each

  1. If the amp is strong, no problem to power 4 subs from it.


  2. if the amp is big enough it will run 4 12s or 15s

  3. you can use  a mono i have a site to show you the diagram. :)

    i have a set up to look at 4 12 cvr's with a 2500 crunch. very reasonable and very powerfull

  4. you can use a 4 channel amp to power 4 subs if they are low powered subs

  5. alls u need is one amp that can handle all the rms of ur subs...just make sure u wire them together properly......it will be a lot easier for u with one amp than more than one

  6. You can put as many sub woofers on one amplifier as you want, as long as you wire up the subs correctly and don't go below stable ohm loads for the amplifier.
